Did an afternoon ride today, 30 minutes with the muni. My legs were still pretty tired from the past two days so I took it easy and just rode really lightly around the neighborhood. Today was also the first day I tried wearing biking shorts whilst riding. I highly recommend, it doesn't necessarily prevent all of the...discomfort...that comes with the ride, but it certainly helps.
Also found out that listening to a book on tape during the ride is a fairly easy way to help the time pass by more swiftly! Currently finishing up a Terry Pratchett book I've been listening to at work, but I think I'm gonna find a book specifically for my rides. Any suggestions (he asks his thousands of followers)?
